Frequently asked questions

  • I work in a monthly retainer format. This allows us to move at a pace that supports real change and respond to life as it actually unfolds. I typically advise a three-month minimum commitment to create stability and momentum. After that, we continue month-to-month for as long as it feels valuable to you. Pricing is shared directly during our conversation — there’s no hard sell, just an honest conversation about fit and investment.

As your coaching thought partner, you receive:

    • Two (2) private, individualized coaching sessions via Zoom (90 minutes each)

    • Session recordings and in-between actions

    • Texting/voice notes support between sessions

    • Email coaching between sessions

    • Pre-recorded visualization

    • Creative and self-care practices and tools

  • Coaching is a forward‑looking, collaborative process that supports you in exploring where you are, what’s shaping how you show up, and how you want to move forward—without being told what to do or treated as something that needs fixing.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought‑provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” In plain language, this means working together through powerful questions, deep listening, and honest reflection to support meaningful, self‑directed change.

Coaching meets you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. It’s not advice‑giving, and it’s not about endlessly rehashing the past. Instead, it helps you notice patterns—such as over‑functioning, self‑betrayal, or staying small to stay safe—and build the capacity to act with clarity and courage, even in complex or high‑stakes environments.

Unlike traditional leadership or problem‑solving approaches, coaching doesn’t jump in to rescue or provide solutions. It addresses the human, not just the issue—working with thoughts, emotions, sensations, and long‑standing adaptive patterns that may have once protected you, but now limit your freedom or authenticity.

Coaching is not about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more fully yourself—without performing, proving, or shrinking.

Coaching may be right for you if you:

    • Are highly capable, but feel stretched, conflicted, or misaligned beneath the surface

    • Want to move forward without abandoning parts of yourself

    • Are ready to examine patterns that helped you succeed—but may no longer serve you

    • Value depth, discernment, and personal responsibility over quick fixes

Coaching may not be the right fit if you:

    • Are seeking clinical treatment for acute mental health concerns

    • Want direct advice, strategies, or answers without reflection or self‑exploration

There are many coaching styles and methodologies, but what matters most is the ability to create a safe, identity‑aware, non‑judgmental space—one that can hold nuance, tension, and possibility—so you can discover what’s already there and choose what’s next.

My work is especially supportive for women and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating high‑performance roles, leadership, or life transitions while wanting to stay deeply connected to themselves.

  • Depth coaching is a transformative, psychologically informed approach that moves beyond surface-level goals to explore the unconscious drivers, patterns, and emotions shaping a person’s life.

    Key principles include:

    • rooted in psychology: incorporates theories from depth psychology (i.e., Carl Jung)

    • uncovers unconscious drivers: understanding and integrating “shadow” parts of ourselves, such as fears and unconscious biases, to break limitations

    • somatic experience: wisdom lives in our body and nervous system, not just the mind, so processing with this awareness

    • presence-based: what is here and now in the present moment, create space for the “emergent”

    • process, not just a singular issue: don’t just focus on one item, but rather the bigger picture for inner skills

    • transformational: not just transactional, symptom-focused improvement

  • How many times have we felt ‘not ready’ and life moves by. Most people who reach out aren't sure. That uncertainty is often the beginning of the work, not a reason to wait.
