Nature of Services
human-centered with kari offers depth coaching services rooted in Jungian-based approaches, leadership development, and inner work. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support personal and professional growth.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition or medical issue. Coaching fees and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Payment is due as specified at the time of engagement. All fees are in USD.
Any discounts or promotional offers may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and will not be retroactively applied to past purchases.
Earnings Disclaimer
Company makes no income or financial claims nor guarantees of any kind regarding potential outcomes through coaching services or this website. Past results presented on the website are not an indication or promise of Your results.
Termination
If at any time Company feels You have violated these Terms and Conditions, Company shall immediately terminate Your use of Our website and any related communications as We deem appropriate. Arbitration
Any and all disputes or disagreements arising between Company and You out of these Terms and Conditions of Use upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. Company and You agree to be bound by the decision of the arbitrator(s). The arbitration proceeding shall take place in King County, Washington. The cost and expenses of the arbitrators shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses in presenting the dispute for arbitration.
